At Kushala Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our business—manufacturing precision-engineered and custom-made components—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in specific, exceptional circumstances outlined below.
1. No Refunds for Custom Orders
All orders placed with Kushala Enterprises are processed and manufactured based on client specifications. Once production begins, cancellation or refund is not possible. We request customers to carefully review specifications before confirming any order.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
The delivered product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
There is a discrepancy in product specifications from the confirmed purchase order.
An incorrect product has been delivered.
The order was cancelled before production began, and with mutual agreement in writing.
3. Reporting an Issue
To request a refund under the conditions mentioned above:
Email us at info@kushalaenterprises.com within 3 business days of receiving the order.
Include your Order ID, invoice number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description.
Our team will assess the claim and notify you of the decision within 5–7 working days.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment used during the transaction.
Refunds will be issued through our payment gateway partner Cashfree.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Product found damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
Delay in delivery caused by third-party logistics or force majeure events
Incorrect specifications provided by the customer during ordering
Change of mind after order confirmation
