Founded on 12th November 2021, the company secured a 1-acre plot at the KIADB High Tech Defence and Aerospace Park Phase 2 in Devanahalli, Set to operationalize by May-June 2025, Kushala Enterprise aims to leverage cutting-edge infrastructure and a talented team to deliver innovative, high-quality products that adhere to stringent industry standards.

Mr. Laxman Shivanna
Founder & Visionary
Laxman Shivanna, a seasoned Business Management expert with over 15 years in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Business Development, has proven himself a leader in engineering and technology.
Holding an MBA in HR and Marketing, he began his career in insurance marketing before transitioning to HR-Recruitment. His notable roles at the Mercedes Benz R&D Center in Bangalore, through Acculogix and Satyam Venture Engineering Services, include collaborations with industry leaders like General Motors, Ford, and BMW.
Laxman, through Kushala Enterprises, specializes in assembling computers and precision machining, producing top-tier automotive and aerospace components using advanced technology and manufacturing processes.
He also runs the Hands-On CAE training institute, which equips engineering students with practical skills in advanced software and techniques, preparing them for careers in automotive and aerospace R&D. Laxman is committed to empowering India’s youth and driving the nation’s technological progress.
OEM Partnerships
We will collaborate with leading OEM in automotive aerospace defense and computer assembling domain sourcing components directly from them to assemble computers to their exact specifications.
This partnership ensures a steady flow of orders, enabling us to fulfill them precisely while meeting international quality standards.
Independent Production and Sales
In parallel with our OEM partnerships, we independently acquire high-quality raw materials to assemble computers under our direct supervision.
These computers are then sold to various vendors and distributors. This strategy diversifies our revenue streams and boosts profit margins by giving us full control over the entire value chain, from assembly to sales.
